Look around you and it's everywhere! Advertisements, movies, magazines - it's almost as if nothing sells without a dose of sex! No wonder we can end up a bit confused about what sex means to us.

To avoid the confusion, we must realize the sexual desire is not the same as love. Sexual desire is just a physical excitement. Be aware that love and sexual desire can exist without each other. You may love one person, but be sexually attracted to another. Of course we are happiest when both feelings are present for the same person.
